Global Process Owner - Logistics
PolyPeptide is on a transformative growth journey – expanding globally, investing in new technologies, and strengthening our end-to-end business processes across the organisation.
As part of this journey, we are looking for a Global Process Owner – Logistics to design, align, and drive our global logistics and warehousing processes. This is a pivotal role where you will combine deep knowledge of logistics and warehousing with the ability to standardise, improve, and innovate processes across our six global sites – supporting a Greenfield SAP implementation that will shape the future of our supply chain operations.
You will be part of our ERP program team within Global Operations, working closely with IT solution managers, local warehouse specialists, and implementation partners to ensure that our logistics processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.
Why join us?
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of logistics process design in a Greenfield SAP implementation – a rare chance to shape processes from the ground up in a global CDMO. You will join a collaborative and international team, working in a growth company where creativity, improvement, and new ideas are highly valued.
You will be part of a long-term transformation program (5+ years), with opportunities to travel, work across cultures, and contribute directly to building scalable global operations. At PolyPeptide, you will also enjoy a supportive and open team culture, where people truly are the best part of the company.
About the Role
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of global logistics and warehousing processes. You will define, document, and validate process solutions, and ensure that they meet both global business requirements and regulatory standards. You will be instrumental in building the foundation of our global ERP platform, starting in Malmö and scaling across all six global sites.
You will:
- Own and validate global logistics and warehousing process solutions.
- Define and document business requirements and align them with organisational goals.
- Collaborate closely with IT solution managers and implementation partners.
- Work with warehouse specialists and local key users across sites to align and harmonise processes.
- Contribute to master data governance within logistics and warehousing.
- Define and participate in test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and sign-offs.
- Build strong cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration across geographies and time zones.
Your Profile
We are looking for a structured and proactive logistics professional who thrives in a global environment and enjoys driving standardisation and improvement. You combine a strong process mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and cultures.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing, including process ownership and/or project implementation.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes.
- Proven project experience in implementing logistics processes (ERP/SAP or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work across cultures and geographies.
- A problem-solving mindset with both strategic and detailed thinking.
Beneficial qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments.
- SAP or other ERP system knowledge.
- Experience from working in a global context.
