We are seeking a dynamic and creative Corporate Communications & Content Specialist as member of the global Corporate Communications team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Corporate Communications & Content Specialist as member of the global Corporate Communications team to support the development and execution of content across internal and external platforms, with a strong digital focus. This role will be instrumental in shaping PolyPeptide’s brand voice and driving employee engagement.
- Design and execute corporate content aligned with business goals and audience needs, for internal as well as external target groups. Create compelling narratives, storytelling, and video scripts for social media, newsletters, blogs, website, intranet etc.
- Prepare and edit digital content and creatives (incl. visuals – videos, photos, banner design etc.). Ensure content is optimized and accessible across digital platforms.
- Handle content identification, development and storytelling for company-wide, function- and/or site-specific initiatives and publications. Collaborate with global marketing, various global functions, and different site teams to identify and create brand-aligned messages and content for various audiences.
- Support the internal communication with engaging and informative content, fostering employee awareness and engagement to the company vision.
- Support the maintenance of the company’s intranet platform and website.
- Support global external and internal events in preparation, administration and storytelling before/during/after the events.
- Ensure adherence of content to the corporate brand guidelines, editorial standards, language accuracy, and compliance requirements of a company listed at the stock exchange.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and A/B testing to measure content performance. Continuously refine content approach based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
YOUR PROFILE
For excelling in this broad and influential expertise role, you are an experienced international communications professional, with a highly engaging, collaborative, communicative working style, ready to roll up your sleeves with personal drive, energy and focus.
- University degree in Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, content management, or editorial roles.
- Experience with manufacturing B-to-B industries – healthcare, pharma, or tech sectors preferred. Experience with multi-national corporations (headquartered in Europe or US) is a must; in companies listed at stock exchange a plus.
- Proven track record in handling cross-functional and international / global content for internal and external audiences (identification, preparation, execution, tracking).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across formats and audiences. Ability to distill complex information into engaging narratives. Passion for science, innovation, and making a meaningful impact. Experience in complex technical, scientific, business / financial content.
- Excellent, proven, up-to-date, hands-on editing skills for visuals (videos, photos). High digital affinity for trends, tools, and constant evolution of content delivery. Experience with tools like SharePoint, WordPress, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
- Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail. “Hands-on” mentality, able to work under pressure and to deal with conflicting priorities. Able to work independently and remotely within a global organization.
- Project management support experience, with the ability to oversee communications projects, ensuring timely delivery against project targets (timeline, budget, deliverables).
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across different geographies. Able to interact with internal and external stakeholders on different levels.
- Acts as role model for PolyPeptide’s values of innovation, excellence and trust.
- Strong knowledge of business English verbally and in writing (level professional writer), French and German a plus.
