To strengthen our global End User Enablement team, we are now looking for a Service Owner – Productivity to take ownership of our productivity platforms and help shape the future of collaboration and digital work at PolyPeptide.

About the Role
As Service Owner – Productivity, you will take end-to-end responsibility for key productivity services including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, conference room technologies, and digital signage solutions. You will ensure that these platforms are reliable, compliant, and continuously optimized — and you will be hands-on in configuration, governance, and driving adoption.
You will collaborate closely with global IT teams, PMO, business stakeholders, and local IT specialists across all sites. The role reports to the Head of Cloud & End User Enablement and is based in Limhamn, Sweden.
You will:
- Own and manage the lifecycle of assigned productivity services
- Develop and maintain service roadmaps aligned with business needs
- Drive adoption and support digital ways of working across the organization
- Establish Power Platform as a formalized and governed service area
- Ensure compliance with internal standards (QMS, GMP, GAMP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global sites, including India
- Lead and contribute to projects related to the digital workplace
- Provide third-line support and facilitate knowledge sharing
Your Profile
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong professional who thrives in a global environment and enjoys taking ownership.
You bring:
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience within service management or productivity platforms
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with Power Platform and governance best practices
- Understanding of AV solutions and digital signage technologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex IT concepts into business-friendly language
- Fluent English skills
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP/GMP) is a plus
Preferred certifications include Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert, Power Platform Functional Consultant, or ITIL Foundation.
