Position Overview
The Value Proposition & Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen PolyPeptide’s market presence, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution across value proposition development, lead generation, webinars, and campaign management. The incumbent will work closely with Commercial, Innovation, and Technical teams to ensure consistent messaging, maximize market opportunities and launch customer offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Value Proposition Development
Develop and continuously refine compelling, differentiated value propositions for PolyPeptide across target markets and customer segments.
Translate complex scientific, technical, and manufacturing expertise into clear, customer-focused marketing messages.
Support brand positioning initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
2. Lead Generation & Demand Creation
Design, implement, and optimize lead generation strategies to build a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Identify priority segments, market trends, and growth opportunities in alignment with commercial objectives.
Manage and improve marketing funnels to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
3. Campaign & Webinar Management
Organize webinars and thought leadership programs in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders.
Define target audiences, messaging, and content strategies to maximize engagement and lead acquisition.
Ensure effective lead nurturing and structured handover of qualified opportunities to the commercial team.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Commercial, Innovation, Technical, and Product Development teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
Support commercial teams with relevant marketing materials, customer insights, and campaign-driven opportunities.
Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders to ensure market needs are accurately reflected in marketing strategies.
5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report key marketing and lead generation metrics, including lead volume, qualification rates, and conversion performance.
Generate actionable insights from marketing analytics and customer engagement data.
Continuously optimize campaigns, content, and lead generation activities to improve ROI and business outcomes.
Educational Qualifications
Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced qualifications such as MS, PhD, MBA, or equivalent are preferred.
Professional Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, commercial excellence, consulting, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, or CRO industry.
Experience working with highly technical or scientific products and services, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling commercial messages.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and lead generation programs.
Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives.
Exposure to peptide manufacturing, biologics, advanced therapeutics, or related modalities will be an advantage.
