Job Summary
The Production Apprentice will undergo structured on-the-job training in manufacturing
operations, learning production processes while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMP), safety, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day production activities under supervision.
• Support equipment cleaning, setup, and operation.
• Follow batch manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
• Maintain production records and documentation accurately.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in material handling and line clearance activities.
• Report any abnormalities or deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in production areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or
related Engineering/Science discipline.
Preferred Skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good documentation practices.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
