Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as Executive/Sr Executive – Process Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Organic Chemistry and proven expertise in peptide chemistry and process development. This role requires independent project execution, technical proficiency in DSP, and SPPS synthesis, and a collaborative approach to drive innovation and ensure process excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and regulatory
compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage projects, including designing Purification Strategies, Reaction Optimization Strategies (ROS) and conducting R&D scale experiments
• Perform Peptide API purification using Chromatography techniques like Preparative HPLC, IEC
· Plan and execute DSP (Down Stream Purification) activities with reproducible
Result
· Having Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) experience
• Operate, clean, and maintain instruments/equipment in accordance with SOPs
• Identify and recommend improvements for continuous process optimization
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including online records, process
logs, and R&D documentation
• Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless coordination
• Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment
(PPE)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience/Education:
Ph.D. in Chemistry 1-3 yrs relevant experience; M.Sc. in Organic/or equivalent, >5 yrs relevant experience
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of peptide chemistry Column Chromatography
• Hands-on experience with SPPS
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
