Job Purpose

To support the Quality Control team in performing routine laboratory activities, sample analysis,

documentation, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory

Practices (GLP), and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished

products, and stability samples.

• Support routine analysis using laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible

Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, and other analytical equipment under supervision.

• Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions, and standard preparations as per approved

procedures.

• Perform routine laboratory housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of the work area.

• Assist in maintaining laboratory records, logbooks, analytical worksheets, and

documentation in compliance with GMP and GLP requirements.

• Support calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and

equipment.

• Follow laboratory safety procedures and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.

• Participate in investigations, OOS/OOT documentation, and laboratory activities under

the guidance of senior team members.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams whenever required.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of analytical chemistry and laboratory techniques.

• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety practices.

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Basic knowledge of analytical instruments is desirable.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated manufacturing environment.
